Rodents such as mice, roof rats, and pack rats are common throughout Arizona and can quickly become a problem if left untreated. These pests often search for food, water, and shelter around homes and properties, especially during extreme weather.

At 180 Pest Control, we offer a proactive rodent control program designed to help reduce rodent activity and protect your home.

Our Rodent Control Service

We install professional tamper-resistant, weighted rodent bait stations around the perimeter of your home in strategic locations where rodents are most likely to travel. These stations are designed to safely and effectively help control rodent populations while helping protect pets and wildlife. Once installed, the stations are monitored and maintained regularly to ensure they remain effective.

Ongoing Monitoring

Rodent activity levels can vary from property to property. Because of this, we check and service the stations on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule depending on the activity level at your home. During each visit we will:

  • Inspect all rodent stations
  • Refill bait as needed
  • Monitor rodent activity
Free Rodent Inspection

If you suspect rodents may be entering your home, 180 Pest Control offers free rodent inspections. During this inspection we check for:

  • Rodent entry points
  • Gaps around vents, pipes, rooflines, and foundations
  • Areas where rodents may be nesting or traveling

When possible, we can seal potential entry points to help prevent rodents from getting inside your home in the first place.

Pack Rat Nest Removal

Pack rats are especially common in Northern Arizona and are known for building large nests from debris in attics, garages, sheds, and under decks. If pack rat nests are discovered, we can safely remove the nest and clean the area to help prevent rodents from returning.

Our goal is not only to control rodent activity but to eliminate nesting areas and stop the problem at its source.
